Bridgett Hankerson

Consultant

Bridgett Hankerson joined the Senate Office of Research in 2018 and covers issues related to social services, homelessness, and child support. Before joining the Senate Office of Research, Hankerson worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for California Correctional Health Care Services. Prior to that, she was a Social Services Consultant with the California Department of Social Services.  She also previously served as both a Standards and Compliance Coordinator and a Facilities Auditor for the Department of State Hospitals.

Hankerson holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in Social Work from Sacramento State University.
